By booking a service through our website, over the phone, or in person, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

We offer the following auto detailing packages:

Interior Detailing: Includes general interior cleaning, thorough stain removal, vacuuming, trash removal, interior plastic restoration, and protective coating.
Exterior Detailing: Includes a full pressure wash, detailed hand cleaning, and cleaning of tires and emblems.
Basic Detail Package: Combines both interior and exterior detailing.
Special Treatment Package: Includes all Basic Package services, plus deep steam cleaning and a professional paint-protective wax coating.
Deluxe Detail Package: Includes everything from the previous packages and adds pet hair removal and engine bay cleaning.

2. Booking & Payment

In person

Payment is accepted at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Before your appointment, please remove any personal items or valuables from your vehicle. Trash will be removed as part of the service, and we are not responsible for items left behind that you did not intend to discard.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions on your vehicle, including faded paint, previous scratches, dents, or old stains. We take great care in our detailing process, but older or damaged vehicles may be more susceptible to cosmetic issues beyond our control.
