Refund Policy
At Dev's Deluxe Car Detailing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, we offer the following resolution:
If you inform us that part of the service did not meet your expectations, we will first offer a redo of the unsatisfactory portion at no additional cost. If you are still unsatisfied after the redo, you may be eligible to receive up to 15% of the original service cost as a refund.
Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the circumstances and the specific concerns presented. To request a redo or partial refund, please contact us within 2 days of the original service date with a clear description of the issue.
We will also ask you to look over the vehicle at the time of the detail to make sure the customer is satisfied.
